Turn off a page in Site Setup on a Navigator website (written instructions)

This tutorial explains how to turn pages off on your GPsurgery.net Navigator website. Ensure you are logged in to your website. The black admin toolbar and orange Navigator toolbar should be visible at the top of your screen. Learn how to login to your website.

Select your practice's name in the black admin toolbar.

You are now in your website Dashboard. Select Site Setup.

You are now in the Site Setup section of the Dashboard. This is where you can turn pages and forms on/off on your website.

Find the page you would like to turn off in the list. Hover your mouse over the page name and select Change page setup.

You will now be able to see the page you would like to turn off.

In the orange Navigator toolbar, uncheck the Page visible to your patients? box, and wait for the tick to disappear.The Page visible to your patients? tickbox without a tick visible.

Your page will now no longer be displaying on your website. You should see a red X next to the page name in Site Setup.

Please note it can take up to 10 minutes for a change to display correctly on the website.
