Turn on a form on a Navigator website (written instructions)

This tutorial explains how to turn on a form on a GPsurgery.net Navigator website. Ensure you are logged in to your website. The black admin toolbar and orange Navigator toolbar should be visible at the top of your screen. Learn how to login to your website.

Select your practice's name in the black admin toolbar.

You are now in your website Dashboard. Select Site Setup.

Find the name of the page on which you would like to turn off a form in the list. Hover your mouse over the page name and select Change page setup.

You will now be able to see the page where you would like to turn on a form.

In the orange Navigator toolbar, select the Show [name of form] box. Wait until the tick appears in the box, and the form is visible on the page. NOTE: you may need to reload the page for the form to display.

The form will now be visible on your website. In Site setup, you should see a green tick in the Show form column next to the form you have turned on.
